Infrastructure

Saliena provides highest quality infrastructure and guarantees a sufficient supply. Only the most reliable State-owned utilities companies were chosen to supply electricity, gas, water, sewerage and fibre optics communications. Infrastructure connections to each individual land plot are in place. In addition, a modern road and logistics system integrates with the whole Saliena project. All infrastructure conforms with the Republic of Latvia’s legislation and construction requirements.

Guidelines

To create a coherent business park, the project includes pre-defined building guidelines. Facades away from the A10 motorway will be glass for visual unity. Facades visible from the motorway will carry large-scale outdoor advertising. Each plot will have a vertical advertising stand of 3m x 0.5m x 9m height, providing maximum branding opportunities. Construction density is 60%, with a maximum height of 4-6 floors.
