Introduction
Saliena Business Park is located beside Latvia’s main A10 motorway, just minutes from Riga, Jurmala and Riga International Airport, close to all major road networks, and directly opposite Saliena Retail Park for maximum visibility. Phase 1 is divided into 25 land plots, from 1,500-11,000 m², all with full infrastructure in place, ready to build on. Infrastructure
Saliena provides highest quality infrastructure and guarantees a sufficient supply. Only the most reliable State-owned utilities companies were chosen to supply electricity, gas, water, sewerage and fibre optics communications. Guidelines
To create a coherent business park, the project includes pre-defined building guidelines. Facades away from the A10 motorway will be glass for visual unity. Facades visible from the motorway will carry large-scale outdoor advertising. Each plot will have a vertical advertising stand of 3m x 0.5m x 9m height, providing maximum branding opportunities. Construction density is 60%, with a maximum height of 4-6 floors.
