Community Saliena Builds a Park!

Saliena has invested EUR 170,000 to create a 1.2 hectare park for residents. This new park will be located at the entrance to ‘Saliena Golf Estate’, the next phase of residential development.

The park will consist of large, green open spaces, interspersed with trees, shrubs and landscaping. Well lit pathways will meander through the park, with several benches and litterbins dotted along the way. A large pond with decorative fountain will offer a stunning focal point to the park. 

Great care has been taken to ensure that the natural ecosystem and water table are not disturbed, and the park will be designed to support and encourage the local wildlife.

Work has already begun on this exciting and unique project, and the park will be open in 2012.
