Saliena Residential is a modern community, and is an integral part of our modern town in creation, it provides a true 21st century living experience for its inhabitants.
The main aim throughout the project is to ensure harmonious interaction between the private and public areas; this includes green areas, gardens, pedestrian paths and water ways.
For the Residential sector, we have chosen to work with German and Finnish architects. The combination of experience and expertise from both these partners ensures that the project is of the highest quality.
A Responsible development
Due to the scope of the project- around 2000 houses; the Residential plans for Saliena have been divided into 6 phases. It is therefore necessary for Saliena to develop a responsible and carefully planned development, which will deliver tranquillity to all its inhabitants.
The Row-Houses are the latest addition to our first Residential phase, with each house type demonstrating architecture that optimises living space, building density, light and orientation - delivering the perfect product to our residential customers. The Row-Houses at Saliena offer the benefits of a private house without all the drawbacks and limitations of a city apartment.
