Largest Retail Park in the Baltics
Linstow Centre Management is the biggest shopping centre operator and developer in the Baltic region. It has recently purchased 75 ha (750 000 m2) of Saliena's territory, on which it will build the largest retail park in the Baltics. This challenging project will have a total retail area of 250.000 m2, to be developed in stages.
Convenient location
Saliena Retail Park will be different to anything seen in the Baltic States so far. It will be the largest of its kind in the Baltic region, and will attract people from all three Baltic States - Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Another unique benefit of the Retail Park is its location, ideally positioned alongside the main motorway between Riga and Jurmala.
