- Partnership deal with Linstow AS completed: According to the agreement, Linstow purchases 73ha of land for developing the largest retail park in the Baltic States
- Partnership deal with Mercedes-Benz / Domenikss SIA completed: Domenikss purchases 2 land plots totaling 11,602 m²
- New Master plan fully developed with award winning Finish architects Tiula Architects and Swedish traffic specialists Tyrens AB

- Row houses concept developed
for creation and inclusion in Saliena Residential Phase 1
