Key Ostby personnel were initially trained by specialist Swedish experts, and this set the benchmark for all future Ostby staff. Ostby employs only the highest calibre of craftsmen, who undergo rigorous internal training to ensure they meet the strict standards required. This is essential in order to ensure that the factory operates according to the relevant industry standards.

The highly skilled team now has a wealth of experience, producing more than 100 houses in the past few years. The team also has knowledge of working in other countries such as Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland and France.
