• Natural gas provision at least 154,000 mᶟ/year
• Technical project conforms with Latvijas Gaze technical regulations
• Assembling, inspection and operation of gas pipeline carried out in accordance with LBN 242-02 ‘Natural gas distribution and user external network’ and Latvia Republic standards

Water and Sewerage supplied by Babites Municipality

• Connection Dn150 mm to existing municipal water supply network in accordance with regulations
• Water supply provision at least 500 mᶟ/month
• Household sewage system planned as self-flowing with several pumping stations
