Master Plan
Saliena aims to be the most desirable place in Latvia to live, work, shop and play, so it was essential to create a flawless Master Plan. A group of international architects was carefully selected to develop the Master Plan, which has been fully approved by Latvian authorities. The project has been split into eight consecutive construction phases in order to ensure maximum tranquillity for residents.
For Buyers
There are two ways to join the Saliena community. Private individuals can buy an existing house, off-plan, or a land plot to build their dream home under Saliena’s guidance. Local and international developers are welcome to buy larger land plots of any size, all with full infrastructure. Developers can build their own high-quality residential developments, which must adhere to Saliena’s Master Plan.
